How much better to acquire wisdom than gold! To gain understanding is more desirable than silver. (Proverbs 16:16)
Wisdom is not just knowing God’s word, but applying God’s word to your life.
There are two great verses that can help you acquire wisdom. James 1:5 “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”
Proverbs 9:10 says, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.” So, if you want to acquire wisdom, ask God for it and have a deep reverence for God. ~ Jeff M Newman
