If anyone is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in His Father’s glory with the holy angels.” (Mark 8:38)
If you are ashamed of Jesus now, He will be ashamed of you when He comes back. It is not possible to be a friend of the world and a faithful follower of Christ. To be ashamed of Jesus means to hide your faith or avoid identifying with Him publicly because you fear rejection or ridicule. It shows that your heart is being influenced by the world’s values instead of God’s truth. To stand unashamed before Him, believe in Jesus and abide in Him daily. ~ Jeff M Newman

Lesson 70 - 1 John 2:28…and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.
Lesson 10 - 1 John 1:2...that was with the Father and was revealed to us.
Welcome back to the Hope Bible School verse-by-verse Bible study of 1 John. In this lesson we’re going to learn about the relationship between Jesus and God the Father.
