Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)

God wants to have a relationship with you. He loves you. He is asking that you bring your burdens, fears, worries, struggles, pains, and anxieties to Him. He wants to help you every moment of your life. Make a list of everything that causes you anxiety and pray to God about them every day. Then, watch how God helps you. Make another list of the ways God has helped you and thank Him each day for helping you. ~ Jeff M Newman
