Draw near to God

James 4:8

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. (James 4:8)

God wants to have a deeper relationship with you. In order to show His love to you, God gave His one and only Son to die on the cross to pay for your sins. The Bible says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” You draw near God by believing in and receiving His deep love for you. When you open your heart to His love, you will get closer to God. The more you understand His profound love for you, the more you will want to be in His presence and you will draw near to Him. ~ Jeff M Newman
