(Berean Standard Bible)
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person can commit is outside their body, but the one who sins sexually sins against their own body.
In context, Paul was writing to the Corinthians, who lived in a culture where sexual immorality was prevalent. He wrote this to guide believers in how to deal with sexual sin in their own lives.
Paul says to “flee sexual immorality.” Sexual immorality includes sexual relationships outside the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. This includes fornication, adultery, prostitution, lustful looking, casual sexual encounters, or anything sexually impure.
The word “flee? means to run away from or escape. We are to be in a posture of flight because the temptation to engage in sexual sin can come at any time. We are not called to entertain sexual temptation but to flee from it.
Next, Paul explains that when you “sin sexually,” you sin against your own body. Sexual sin dishonors your body and can bring both physical and spiritual consequences.
For example, you can see this in the devastating effects of adultery. When someone commits adultery, it can wreck their life, their spouse’s life, and the lives of those around them.
Always be on guard against sexual sin. Ask God to keep you from temptation and give you the strength to flee. Then, when you are tempted, do not linger or entertain the temptation, but FLEE!~ Jeff M Newman

Wash one another’s feet. Serve with humility.
John 13:12-15 When Jesus had washed their feet and put on His outer garments, He reclined with them again and asked, “Do you know what I have done for you? 13 You call Me Teacher and Lord, and rightly so, because I am. 14 So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example so that you should do as I have done for you.
