For All the Promises of God Are “Yes” in Christ

2 Corinthians 1:20

For all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him, our “Amen” is spoken to the glory of God. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

God makes many promises throughout the Bible. He promises redemption, restoration, peace, eternal life, and much more. These promises are all fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Just look at what Jesus did for us on the cross—He fulfilled God’s promises from the Old Testament to redeem us and give us eternal life. You can trust God to keep every promise He makes. ~ Jeff M Newman
