Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
Jesus wants you to teach other people to obey His commands. He gives you two main commands. The first is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. The second is to love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus exhibited how to love others by sacrificially dying on the cross for our sins. In order to teach people how to love, point them to Jesus and show them what He has done for us. ~ Jeff M Newman
