Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, He cannot die again; death no longer has dominion over Him. The death He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life He lives, He lives to God. So you too must count yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus. (Romans 6:8-11)
When you believe that Christ died on the cross for your sins, you will live for eternity with Him. Believe that your identity is now in Christ. Believe that Christ’s death has destroyed sin’s power over you. Live for Him and not for sin. ~ Jeff M Newman

Jesus Bore Your Sins
He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)
