To the angel of the church in Thyatira write: These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like a blazing fire and whose feet are like polished bronze. (Revelation 2:18)
In this verse, we learn that the eyes of Jesus, the Son of God, are like a blazing fire. This symbolizes His penetrating gaze—He sees everything. When you look to the purifying gaze of Jesus, He will reveal the darkness in your life, give you the strength to walk in the light, and cleanse you. Jesus is the light of the world.~ Jeff M Newman
