You are My friends if you do what I command you. (John 15:14)
In this verse, the word "friend" means a person who has a close relationship with Jesus based on obedience to His teachings. A friend has a deep spiritual connection and fellowship with Jesus.
Take time to write out His commands. Spend time studying what Jesus is commanding you to do. Meditate on these verses. Ask Him to give you the strength to obey His commands.
Let Him know that you want to conform to His ways. He will teach you how to do what He commands; just ask Him. ~ Jeff M Newman
