Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. (James 1:2-4)

Do you complain when things get hard and you fall into trials? Look to God because He promises to help you endure them. He promises that as a result of going through trials, you will be perfected and get to the point where you lack nothing. When you understand how amazing God’s promises are related to your trials, you will count it all joy, rather than complain. ~ Jeff M Newman
