John 17:22-23 I have given them the glory You gave Me, so that they may be one as We are one— 23 I in them and You in Me—that they may be perfectly united, so that the world may know that You sent Me and have loved them just as You have loved Me.
This is a prayer Jesus prayed on the night before He went to the cross. In this prayer, Jesus declares that He has given believers the glory the Father gave Him. His purpose is that believers would be united through their shared union with God, so that the world would know that the Father sent the Son and loves believers through Him. Be encouraged that God is at work in your life, and He will finish the work He has begun. Trust Him. ~ Jeff M Newman
