As Jesus spoke these things, many believed in Him. So He said to the Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, you are truly My disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:30-32)
Jesus wants to give you freedom from sin. The way you find freedom from sin is to continue in His Word and obey what He is saying. It is not enough just to hear what Jesus is saying, you need to do what He is saying. Doing what Jesus asks you to do is the sign of a true disciple. ~ Jeff M Newman
