Jesus Gave Himself to Redeem You

Titus 2:14

He gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. (Titus 2:14)

Jesus died on the cross to free you from the bondage of sin. He redeemed you and paid the penalty your sin deserved. To redeem is to buy back or set free at a cost. Without Jesus you remain a slave to sin. He now calls you to share the message of salvation so that others can be freed from the bondage of sin too. ~ Jeff M Newman
