Jesus Has Absolute Authority

The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life. Whoever rejects the Son will not see life. Instead, the wrath of God remains on him. (John 3:35)

God the Father loves Jesus and has given Him absolute authority over all things and the authority to give eternal life. We read in Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Then, we read in Matthew 11:27 All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. And finally, we read in John 17:2 For You granted Him authority over all people, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him. ~ Jeff M Newman
