Jesus is the Light of the World

John 8:12

Once again, Jesus spoke to the people and said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12)

When you live in sin you are living in darkness. Sin makes you want to keep things secret. Sin makes you want to hide. Sin makes you want to isolate yourself. Jesus wants to set you free from a life of darkness. The first step is to confess your sin to Him. Ask Him for forgiveness. Next, get into the Bible and ask Him to teach you how to walk in the light. He will faithfully teach you and give you an abundant life. ~ Jeff M Newman
