Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the LORD, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do. (Psalm 1:1-3)
God promises great blessings and prosperity when you spend time meditating on the Word day and night. He promises that you will have deep roots and be fruitful, like a tree by a stream. Think about your life. Do you have influences that are leading you away from the Lord? Remove them and look to God. Spend time with Him today? Look deeper at Bible verses today. Think about the verses. Pray about them. Meditate on them daily and watch your life change.
