After the anguish of His soul, He will see the light of life and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant will justify many, and He will bear their iniquities. (Isaiah 53:11)
In this verse, we see a prophecy about Jesus. He is the righteous Servant who will justify many. Through His suffering, Jesus took on the guilt and punishment of sinners so that they may receive His righteousness in return. His righteousness is not passive but sacrificial. He willingly bore our iniquities to make us right with God. When you put your faith in Jesus, His righteousness is credited to you, and your sins are fully forgiven. ~ Jeff M Newman
