Put On The Helmet of Salvation

Ephesians 6:17

And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:17)

Life is full of battles. When you go into the battle always keep a heavenly perspective. Remember that by believing in Jesus you will have eternal life. Having this perspective is like having a helmet on your head during a battle. Next, you will need to have the word of God. God will provide you with specific verses for different battles that you face. Find those verses and use them in battle, like a sword. Meditate on them, memorize them, pray them, and speak them out loud. ~ Jeff M Newman
