The Day of the Lord Will Come Like a Thief
2 Peter 3:10
But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and its works will be laid bare. (2 Peter 3:10)
Christ will return at any moment, and we need to be prepared. His arrival will be sudden and unexpected, like a thief in the night. There will be a time of judgment when the elements will be destroyed. The earth and its works will be laid bare, meaning that all human actions will be exposed and judged by God. Be prepared by surrendering your life to God and believing that Jesus died in your place to pay for your sins. ~ Jeff M Newman
