The LORD Establishes Their Steps

Proverbs 16:9

In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps. (Proverbs 16:9 NIV)

When you are planning, seek God’s will in all you do. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus says, “Seek first His Kingdom.” In Proverbs 3:5-6, we read: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Make it your goal to seek Him first and trust in the LORD with all your heart. ~ Jeff M Newman
