You have heard, O LORD, the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their hearts. You will incline Your ear…(Psalm 10:17)
Humble yourself before the LORD. This means to recognize that God is in charge and you are not. This means to obey what He is asking you to do. Let Him know that you want to follow His ways. God gives great promises when you humble yourself before Him. He will hear you, He will strengthen you, and incline His ear toward you. ~ Jeff M Newman

Just wanted to update you on my 13 year olds knee injury. We have done a ton to help her but we started watching Andrew wommack healing ministries and then went to a church where a a member of the prayer team prayed over her and she was healed. She felt it in her heart. Her swelling and pain were resolved. She had a slight swelling one time with exercises after the was brief and 2 short (less than 5 min of pain during exercises that resolved since ) after having pain and swelling on and off for several months. It has been almost 3 months since and she is starting to jump and do volleyball lessons ! She is still strengthening to build up to jumping daily at practice but wanted to share this with you and your followers. God is good 💕🙏. Isaiah 53.5. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace wasupon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
