The Promise of Eternal Life

1 John 2:25

And this is the promise that He Himself made to us: eternal life. (1 John 2:25)

God promises that when we believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, we will have eternal life. We read in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” If you want to live with God forever and have an abundant life, put your faith in Jesus. ~ Jeff M Newman
