Walk as Children of Light

For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. Test and prove what pleases the Lord. (Ephesians 5:8-10)

When you choose to follow Jesus, you are choosing to walk in the light. Think closely about the decisions you make each day and compare them with God’s Word. Ask yourself, “Are my decisions pleasing to the Lord?” If you have questions about whether they are or not, search for verses that are related to your behavior. Then, ask God to guide you to live your life in a way that pleases Him. He will faithfully show you. ~ Jeff M Newman
