“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” (Matthew 26:41)
Jesus is giving you some amazing guidance for your battles with temptations. The first step is to know that they are coming. Memorize Bible verses that you can meditate on throughout the day. Pray to God about the verses. Don’t let the temptations take hold of your mind, use the Word as a sword to fight them by praying the verses. ~ Jeff M Newman

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7) When you are tempted, you have a choice.
