Let Us Run With Endurance the Race Set Out For Us
Hebrews 12:1
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us. (Hebrews 12:1)
God has great plans and eternal rewards for you. However, you risk missing out on them if you allow yourself to be weighed down by the cares of this world and by sin.
What is holding you back from the upward call of God? What is hindering you from keeping the faith?
Consider how you are spending your time. Examine where time may be wasted and how you could instead use it to seek God, grow in His Word, and serve Him faithfully. ~ Jeff M Newman
