We Are God’s Workmanship
Ephesians 2:8-10

Ephesians 2:8-10 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.
When you put your faith in God through Jesus Christ, He saves you by grace. Salvation is a gift from God, not something you can earn through your own works or efforts.
At the same time, God has created you in Christ for good works. He not only calls you to walk in them, but through the Holy Spirit He gives you the strength and ability to carry them out. Scripture teaches that God prepared these works beforehand for believers to do.
Take a moment to ask God to reveal the good works He has prepared for you. Ask Him to empower you to faithfully walk in them. As you follow Him in obedience, you will grow closer to Him and become more useful for His purposes and glory. ~ Jeff M Newman
