With The Lord a Day is Like a Thousand Years
2 Peter 3:8
Beloved, do not let this one thing escape your notice: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. (2 Peter 3:8)
God doesn’t operate on the same time table as we do. God operates outside of time. Jesus promises one day to come back for us. We may get impatient and turn from Him thinking that He is not coming back. But He is and He promises that He will come back. Take a moment and reflect on the fact that God is eternal and that He loves you for eternity. Trust in His timing. ~ Jeff M Newman
