A Lamb Without Blemish or Spot
1 Peter 1:18-19

1 Peter 1:18-19 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life you inherited from your forefathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot.
In the Old Testament sacrificial system, only animals that were perfect and without blemish could be offered for sin. But those sacrifices were temporary. They had to be offered again and again because they could not fully remove sin.
Jesus is perfectly pure and without sin. Because of this, His sacrifice is not temporary but eternal. He fully paid the price for our sins. Nothing else could redeem us. Only His precious blood.
Take a moment and meditate on this truth. Jesus is perfectly pure, and He died for you so you could live. Put your faith in Him. When you trust in His finished work, it will move you to pursue purity each day. ~ Jeff M Newman
