And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. (Ephesians 5:2)
God calls us to walk in love, like Jesus. Jesus loves you so much that He died on the cross to pay for your sins. Paying for your sins was not easy. It was painful. This shows us that loving others can be hard. When you are struggling with loving someone around you, look to Jesus and what He went through for others. Ask God to help you love others sacrificially. ~ Jeff M Newman

Lesson 43 - 1 John 2:16...the lust of the eyes...
Lesson 4 -1 John 1:1...which we have gazed upon...
Welcome back to our verse-by-verse Bible study of 1 John. Last lesson we focused on how you can see Jesus with the eyes of faith by reading the eyewitness accounts of Jesus in the Bible, seeing Jesus in creation, seeing Jesus in other believers, and trusting that one day you will see Jesus face to face in Heaven.
He is Faithful and Just to Forgive Us Our Sins
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
