Matthew 5:23-24 (NIV) “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
Having healthy relationships with others is extremely important to Jesus. He wants us to address any grievances or conflicts we have with others before we come to worship Him.
Jesus calls us to be peacemakers and seek unity in the body of Christ.
He knows that unresolved conflict can hinder our worship and fellowship with God and others. If you have any conflict with other believers, go and reconcile with them. ~ Jeff M Newman

Watch And Pray So That You Will Not Enter Into Temptation
“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” (Matthew 26:41) Jesus is letting us know that we are weak because of our sinful nature. He understands our struggles and knows that we can be tempted at any moment.
