But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)
Sin is extremely destructive and will ruin your life. In addition to causing you so much pain during your life, it will lead you to eternal death and separation from God. The penalty for sin is death. God must punish sin because He is just. God’s plan was to send His Son to die on the cross to pay the penalty in your place. This brings peace and heals the relationship between you and God. Trust and believe God’s plan for your life and share His plan with others, so they can have peace with God. ~ Jeff M Newman
