Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalm 55:22)
Are you struggling today? Did you have trouble sleeping over an issue that you are facing? Is there something that you are worried about on a consistent basis? These are your burdens. You know what they are. Stop right now, name each of these burdens out loud, and cast those burdens upon the LORD. He promises to help you, sustain you, and keep you from being shaken. Each time you think about these burdens, cast them again upon Him. ~ Jeff M Newman
