All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man or woman of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16:17)
In context, Paul knows his life is soon coming to an end and is speaking to Timothy, a young pastor, to encourage him by affirming that Scripture is inspired by God. This divine inspiration makes Scripture both authoritative and useful for spiritual growth. You can trust God’s Word fully.
Prioritize spending time in God’s Word every day. Ask God to teach you, convict you, correct you, and train you to live a life of righteousness. Pray that God gives you wisdom to apply the Scriptures to your life and the strength to obey His Word. ~ Jeff M Newman

My Word Shall Not Return to Me Void
For just as rain and snow fall from heaven and do not return without watering the earth, making it bud and sprout, and providing seed to sow and food to eat, so My word that proceeds from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and it will prosper where I send it. (Isaiah 55:10-11)
