The LORD Is Good
Nahum 1:7
The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of distress; He cares for those who trust in Him. (Nahum 1:7)
The LORD knows that life can be full of trouble. You can count on this, the LORD is good and He cares for you. When things get difficult, turn to Him.
Fill your mind with His truth, sing worship songs, listen to sermons, pray with other believers, and ask the LORD for strength. The LORD is your stronghold. He loves you. ~ Jeff M Newman

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:3) To be poor in spirit means that you recognize the need for God's grace, mercy, and strength. You acknowledge that you cannot rely on your own strength to enter the kingdom of heaven.
