The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)
This verse refers to the incarnation of Jesus Christ, meaning that God took on human nature and made His dwelling among humanity. This reveals that God is not distant or abstract but desires a deep and intimate relationship with us. By looking to Jesus, we can understand who God is.
Jesus experienced pain, temptation, and suffering, which means He fully understands what we go through. Additionally, we see God’s grace through Jesus. He went to the cross to pay for our sins, and when we put our faith in Him, we receive salvation. ~ Jeff M Newman
