You are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26)
To become a child of God, you must put your faith in Christ Jesus. This is not based on anything you have done. It is something you receive by His grace, because Christ has already done everything necessary. This new identity will shape your entire life. As a child of God, you are now part of the family of God, and God Himself is your Father. Your life will reflect Him more and more as you grow spiritually each day. ~ Jeff M Newman

Thank you, my brother, for sharing this beautiful devotional from Hope Bible School. It is a powerful reminder of the identity God has given us not earned, not achieved, but received by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. What a comfort to know that in God’s Kingdom we are not outsiders trying to impress Him, but beloved children brought near by the blood of Jesus Galatians 3:26 says You are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus That means the moment we trust in Christ, God Himself declares us His own. We don’t become children of God by effort, discipline, or spiritual merit only by embracing the One who paid it all. This truth echoes throughout Scripture But to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God (John 1:12) And as children of God, we not only have a new identity we have a new family and a new future See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are (1 John 3:1). This identity shapes our obedience, our endurance, and our hope. Even Revelation 2:10 calls us to be faithful even unto death because the One who is our Father will crown us with life.
May this truth sink deeply into your heart today you are loved, chosen, accepted, and held by the Father because you are in Christ Jesus. Walk in that confidence, my brother And may the Lord continue to strengthen Jeff M. Newman and every believer who labors to teach God’s Word faithfully Grace and peace to you in Christ.
