Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow springs of life. (Proverbs 4:23)

What you read, watch, and listen to is what will fill your heart. Have you ever noticed that you talk about and think about whatever content you are consuming? Be very careful about what content fills your heart. Fill your heart with Bible reading, worship music, prayers, and sermons. This will lead to godly behavior. Cut out content that leads to ungodly behavior. ~ Jeff M Newman

Thank you for the reminder . I deliberately shut down thoughts and words that do not increase my ability to be close to God . Sometimes it’s a battle .
