In Him We Might Become the Righteousness of God
2 Corinthians 5:21

2 Corinthians 5:21 God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
In this verse, we learn how reconciliation with God is possible. First, God is the initiator. He is the one reaching out to save sinners. This was His plan from the beginning.
His plan was for His Son, Jesus, who knew no sin, to be made sin on our behalf. This means that Jesus paid the penalty for sin as our substitute.
Because Jesus paid that penalty, we can be declared righteous before God. Our standing before God is based on Christ’s righteousness, not our own performance.
This becomes true for us when we place our faith in what Christ has done. Meditate on this truth and thank Him for what He has done for you. ~ Jeff M Newman

Make disciples of all nations, teach them to obey Jesus’ commands, and baptize them.
Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
