Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:29)
A yoke is a wooden beam that is used by two oxen to pull a load. By taking Jesus' yoke, you surrender yourself to Him and allow Him to guide and lead you.
He will assist you in carrying your burdens.
Jesus desires to teach you how to live and help you align with His teachings. Life often brings busyness, stress, and anxiety.
However, Jesus promises that when you take His yoke upon yourself, you will find rest for your soul.

Matthew 5:23-24 (NIV) “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
